Rigney Dolphin's US collaboration to bring 30 jobs to Waterford

Waterford-based Rigney Dolphin has announced today that it is in the process of finalising a collaboration agreement with the Cleveland Clinic to provide a range of patient management, patient outreach and tele-health services across the United States and Europe.
The company said the collaboration will provide up to 30 new jobs for clinical and support staff in Waterford and that this figure is “expected to rise significantly in the near future”.
The announcement was made earlier this morning during the Taoiseach's visit to Boston.
Rigney Dolphin, which is an Enterprise Ireland company and was set up in 1990, is a business process specialist that has provided the Cleveland Clinic with a range of contact centre consultancy services over the past two years. The company has also supported the clinic’s Nurse on Call and Post Discharge programmes. The company said that building on this established relationship, it will now go on to provide a range of connected health solutions for the clinic’s patients across the world.
